Why these six?

The habits on this page aren't prescriptions. They're one version of a minimum viable day, drawn from across the You 2.0 series. Most people keep four of them on a given day. Nobody keeps all six forever. That's not the point.

The point is to see a week as a pattern instead of a pile. You'll notice your own blind spots faster in a week of checkmarks than in a year of good intentions.
